Lead

At Breaking Barriers Conference, students are more than attendees—they are leaders. Student leaders are actively involved in planning the conference from the ground up, helping develop programming, shape the attendee experience, and bring the event to life. They work directly with the Foundation President and Host Committee to advise on speakers, honorees, and conference programming, ensuring that student voices are reflected in every aspect of the event while gaining valuable leadership and event planning experience.
