[NEW JERSEY ]— House of Hearts Network Foundation Announces Appointment of Raffinel Hernandez as Deputy Executive Director
The House of Hearts Network Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Raffinel Hernandez as Deputy Executive Director, effective August 12, 2026.
In this role, Hernandez will serve as a member of the Foundation’s senior leadership team, supporting organizational strategy, program development, partnerships, operations, and the continued advancement of the Foundation’s mission to create meaningful opportunities and resources for young people across New Jersey.
As Deputy Executive Director, Hernandez will work closely with the President, Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, and Foundation leadership to strengthen internal coordination, advance strategic initiatives, and ensure that the Foundation’s programs and partnerships remain responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
This appointment comes at an important moment of organizational growth and transition for the Foundation. The Deputy Executive Director position will play an important role in maintaining continuity, strengthening programming, and supporting the Foundation as it prepares for its next phase of leadership.

Hernandez will also oversee and support key programming and impact initiatives, working alongside staff, community partners, government stakeholders, and youth leaders to advance the Foundation’s growing portfolio of initiatives.
