Jansel Fuentes

As Chief of Staff to the President, Jansel Fuentes serves as the President's principal advisor on organizational priorities and executive initiatives. Jansel manages strategic planning, coordinates cross-functional projects, and ensures alignment between the President's vision and the organization's day-to-day operations, fostering collaboration across leadership and staff.
Juanita Hoyos
Special Advisor
As Special Advisor for Youth Engagement and Programming, Juanita serves as principal advisor for the Breaking Barriers Initiative and young professionals programming.
Juanita concurrently seres as Co- Chair of the Breaking Barriers Fund. Formerly serving as Vice Chair of the Fund from 2025-2026. As well as a Member of the Women’s Health & Leadership Fund.

Susan Berube
As Deputy Chief of Staff for Outreach and Communications, Susan Berube reports directly to the President, leading strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach initiatives. She works closely with the President to strengthen public partnerships, advance organizational messaging, and build meaningful relationships that support the organization's mission and impact.
