Susan Berube-Leiva serves as Chief of Staff to the President and Associate Vice President of the House of Hearts Network Foundation, effective October 1, 2026. In these capacities, she supports executive leadership, organizational strategy, and institutional development, contributing to the Foundation’s continued growth and statewide impact.

Previously serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for Outreach, Susan has supported the Foundation’s external engagement, organizational communications, and stakeholder relations. Her advancement to Associate Vice President reflects her expanded leadership responsibilities across the Foundation’s executive and programmatic operations.

As Associate Vice President, Susan oversees the Foundation’s Community Impact Funds, including the Women’s Health & Leadership Fund and the Men’s Mental Health & Leadership Fund. She also oversees Communications and Board Relations, supporting the coordination of organizational messaging, institutional partnerships, Board engagement, and communication between the Board of Trustees and executive leadership.

In her capacity as Chief of Staff, Susan works closely with the President to coordinate executive priorities, facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. She also serves as the President’s alternate representative to the Board of Trustees, helping maintain continuity in executive representation and institutional communication.

Through her leadership in community impact, communications, and Board relations, Susan contributes to the Foundation’s organizational effectiveness and its commitment to expanding opportunities, strengthening communities, and creating a platform built to inspire change.

Jay Geldziler serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the House of Hearts Network Foundation, providing executive oversight of the Foundation’s operational functions and supporting the effective implementation of its organizational priorities. In this capacity, he works with the President and executive leadership to strengthen internal operations, coordinate administrative functions, and advance the Foundation’s long-term strategic objectives.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jay is responsible for supporting the coordination and effectiveness of the Foundation’s operational structure, including departmental collaboration, administrative processes, organizational systems, and operational planning. His role centers on ensuring that the Foundation’s internal functions remain aligned with its mission, programmatic objectives, and institutional needs.

Jay works alongside the executive team to support organizational development, improve operational coordination, and maintain the administrative frameworks necessary for the Foundation’s programs and initiatives to operate effectively. Through collaboration with departmental leadership, he contributes to the Foundation’s efforts to strengthen internal accountability, support staff and volunteers, and sustain its expanding statewide operations.

Juanita Hoyos serves as Senior Advisor to the President on Youth Engagement and Special

Projects for the House of Hearts Network Foundation, where she supports the President’s strategic

priorities related to youth leadership, engagement, recognition, and special initiatives.

In her role, Ms. Hoyos provides oversight of several of the Foundation’s signature initiatives,

including the President’s Scholarship Program, Breaking Barriers Conference, and Keystone

Awards Program. Through these programs, she works to expand opportunities for young people,

recognize emerging leaders, and connect youth with educational, professional, and

community-based opportunities.

Ms. Hoyos also serves as Co-Chair of the Foundation’s Women’s Health and Leadership Fund,

where she oversees community relations and fiscal support operations. In this capacity, she works

with Foundation leadership, community partners, and stakeholders to advance initiatives

supporting women’s health, leadership development, and community investment.

Ms. Hoyos is currently a junior at Saint Peter’s University, where she studies International

Business and Economics. Her academic background complements her work in youth engagement,

organizational development, community relations, and strategic initiatives.

Through her service to the Foundation, Ms. Hoyos brings a strong commitment to youth

leadership, educational opportunity, community engagement, and developing the next generation

of leaders.

Di’Andre Davenport serves as the Fellowship Program Coordinator for the House of Hearts Network Foundation, where he oversees the coordination and implementation of the Foundation’s Future Leaders Fellowship Program. In this role, he supports the development of emerging leaders through professional development, executive leadership training, civic education, and community engagement.

As Fellowship Program Coordinator, Di’Andre is responsible for coordinating program activities, managing the fellowship calendar, facilitating communication with fellows, and supporting the delivery of educational workshops, leadership sessions, and professional networking opportunities. He works closely with the Foundation’s executive leadership and programming team to ensure that fellowship activities align with the organization’s broader mission and programmatic objectives.

Di’Andre also supports fellow engagement, attendance and participation, program administration, and the coordination of guest speakers and community partners. Through his work, he helps create opportunities for fellows to strengthen their public speaking, executive communication, professional development, and civic leadership skills.

His role reflects the Foundation’s commitment to preparing the next generation of leaders by connecting young adults with the knowledge, mentorship, and practical experiences necessary to make meaningful contributions to their communities.
